I made this for dinner today and it was phenomenal. Like historically good. I ate so fast I ate too much.
The awesome part? It’s so easy!
Here is what you’ll need:

1 whole chicken
2 carrots
4 potatoes
2 apples
6 garlic cloves
1 pear
Handful of walnuts
S&P
Paprika
Cayenne
Olive oil

Wash, peel, and chop up the veggies and fruit into 1/2 inch squares/rounds (except for the pear, make it pretty). Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Throw in the walnuts.
For the chicken: salt inside the cavity first. Fill with apples and garlic. Salt outside (make sure you get all the crevices, lol). Next, put pepper, paprika, and a tiny bit of cayenne on. Massage it in and around. Massage in some olive oil.
Make some space in the baking dish amid the veggies for the chicken. Put it in breast down.
Cover with foil (put four toothpicks in on top to keep the foil from sticking to the chicken) and bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. After 1 hour remove foil and bake for 30 minute to 45 minutes or till chicken and veggies are nice and brown. To make sure that chicken is cooked through poke a fork in and see if the water is clear, if it is it’s done.
Serve!
P.S. As always, if you have any questions just email me at: tgurubatham@gmail.com!
