As I was puttering around the kitchen last night making apple this and apple that Kevin pulled up a chair and read me a story out of this book.
I gave him the book a few years back for Valentines day but neither one of us had touched it till now. He read a story by Bernard Malamud called The Magic Barrel. It was really good and I can’t wait to read more!
I can still remember the story and the kitchen smelling like apples…
